The reason for the human being brushing the teeth is not to kill the bacteria in the mouth and not also the issue of the beauty and appearance. The main reason for the brushing of the teeth is to maintain personal hygiene because the people closely talk to each other so that the bad smell do not come from the mouth.

Another reason for the teeth to become damaged is due to not brushing the teeth properly and the bacteria and the food particles that store in between the teeth are considered as the main reason for the damage of the teeth. Another thing is the animals do not eat the same food that is eaten by the human being which contains a variety of food like junk and many other items.

The animals take only the natural food like the grass and the leaves which automatically clean the teeth of the animals. In case of the animals which eat the non vegetarian food the teeth do not damage because the gaps in the teeth are very broad so that there is no chance of getting the food particles in between the teeth. In the same way the animals lick their teeth often so that the teeth becomes cleaned and fresh.

The saliva which is secreted in the mouth of the animals cleans the teeth and the mouth fresh and hygiene forever. That is the reason why the teeth of the animals are not damaged and spoiled though they do not brush daily.
