Frogs Facts | Why Frogs can’t live in Salt water?

Frogs-in-waterFrogs are called as the amphibians because they live both on water and on land.  The primary features of these kinds of animals are they contain the cold blood and the back bone in their body. The amphibians totally depend on the water to produce the children and on the land they cannot do the same which is not at all possible for them.

The skin of the frog will be very sensitive which can react to all the climatic conditions. In the same way, the frog takes the oxygen from the respiratory glands that are there on the skin of the frog. The time when the frogs are in the stage of deep sleep all the process of their living is done through the respiratory system on their skin.  In this way the skin of the frogs play a vital role in their daily livelihood. One of the important fact is the frogs skin can adjust only with the good water and so that is the reason why the frogs cannot live in the ocean or seas where the water will be salty.

It is a well known fact that the frogs can jump and make sounds, and in some kinds of frogs, this process is only done by the male frogs but not by the female frogs. There is a symbolism behind making those sounds which means the frogs making other male frogs to be careful and the other reason is they make such sounds to attract the female frogs. Coming to the frog jump, some of the frogs can jump up to 20 times more than their actual height. One of the biggest frog among all the frogs is the African Giant which is around 26 inches height and weighs up to four and half kilo grams. Usually in almost all the frogs the female frogs appear very big in size and it can be called as the other side or make up of the frogs.
