Before 125 yrs no one knew about motor cycle. Just at that time experiments were undergoing to design motor cycles. For the first time in 1869 a company called MIKAS PIREX belonging to France designed a cycle with and engine that runs on steam. Later in 1885 Gottileb Daimler designed motorcycle that runs with the help of internal combustion engine. This model became famous than the earlier. Its maximum speed was 19kmph. Later came various types of motor cycles and these have no resemblance of Daimler’s bike. Now a days the bikes are designed to give a mileage of 500kmph also.
