What elements are more in our body?
99% our body is build up with only six major parts. They are Oxygen, Hydrogen, Calcium, Nitrogen, Carbon, and Phosphorus and among them Oxygen, Hydrogen and Carbon plays a vital role in the development of the body.
Our body consists of 18.6% of Carbon, 9.7% of Hydrogen and 65% of Oxygen and the rest Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Calcium with 3.2, 1.8 ,1.0 % s occupies the rest three positions.
As human body is occupied with 65-90% of water there is a great need for the Hydrogen and Oxygen and carbon is found in each cell in the body.
Nitrogen is also found in the proteins, acids and in many other areas. As Calcium is the major element in the teeth and bones, Phosphorus is another element in the body in every cell.
